Stewart Miller is an experienced lawyer engaged in a wide range of Personal Injury matters. He previously worked as General Counsel and served on the Board of Directors for an insurance company. Prior to that he worked as an Appeals Officer for Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
Mr. Miller graduated with honors (cum laude) from Michigan State University College of Law in 2008. Prior to that, he attended Rutgers University and received a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, graduating with highest honors (summa cum laude). He was a Henry Rutgers Scholar and received the Class of 1876 Award (Political Science Prize). Mr. Miller attended high school in Spain at the International College of Spain in La Moraleja, Madrid where he received an International Baccalaureate.
Mr. Miller handles all aspects of litigation focusing on complex matters involving Personal Injury (auto, bus, slip and fall, product liability, etc.) and Worker’s Compensation cases. He also has extensive experience in areas as diverse as Landlord/Tenant and Creditor’s Law.
Mr. Miller is fluent in Spanish and is an avid fan of history, classic rock, and movies.
