Partner Jonathan J. Lerner won dismissal of all claims brought by the Office of Attorney Ethics charging that the respondents engaged in fraudulent or dishonest conduct and that they failed to notify the grievant of receipt of funds from a third party. After a trial before the Passaic County District Ethics Committee, the complainant’s appeal to the Disciplinary Review Board of the Supreme Court of New Jersey was dismissed in its entirety in January 2012.
