On April 26, 2011, Jeffrey A. Rizika and John Brost settled a motor vehicle accident claim on behalf of a 55 year old widow from Pine Brook who was injured in a motor vehicle accident in October 2006, in Verona, NJ when her vehicle was struck from behind by another automobile, which caused her to strike the vehicle in front of her., causing over $12,000 of damage to her car.
