Jonathan J. Lerner and Nicholas Stevens presented an Employment Law program at a joint meeting of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Reitman Employment Inn of Court, entitled Mock Mediation and Discussion: Spotting and Handling Employment Mediation Issues.
Jonathan J. Lerner and Nicholas Stevens presented an Employment Law program at a joint meeting of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi American Inn of Court for Alternative Dispute Resolution and the Reitman Employment Inn of Court, entitled Mock Mediation and Discussion: Spotting and Handling Employment Mediation Issues. Mr. Lerner presented the program and Mr. Stevens was the lead mediator in the mediation role play. Mr. Lerner is on the Board of Directors and Programming Committee of the Garibaldi ADR Inn, which is comprised of state and federal judges, law professors, legal practitioners and ADR professionals, including attorneys, arbitrators and mediators. The Inn works to foster excellence, ethics and professionalism through monthly presentations by national and local ADR experts and practitioners.
