Partner Jonathan J. Lerner was elected to the Board of Directors of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. The Dispute Resolution Section of the NJSBA promotes ADR in New Jersey by educating the Bar, the judiciary, the legislature and the public on its value. It proposes and evaluates legislation, regulations, rules and policy to foster the expansion of ADR and to improve its quality, and provides educational opportunities to Section members as neutrals and advocates.
