Jeffrey A. Rizika settled a motor vehicle accident claim on behalf of a 24 year old man who was injured while a passenger in a vehicle that was traveling at an excessive rate of speed and subsequently lost control, causing it to flip over and slide along on its roof. As a result of the accident, the client sustained substantial injuries to his right hand and fingers as well as well as to his head, left hand, right wrist, right knee, and is suffering from fear of driving and anxiety.
