Partner Nick Stevens organized, moderated, and lectured at the 2012 Advanced Civil Mediation Training under the auspices of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. This was the fourth year that Mr. Stevens ran the program. Topics included “Case Management,” “Ethics in a New Era,” “Breaking Cognitive Barriers to Valuing Cases,” and “Dialogue & Deliberation.” Well known mediators presented at the training, which received top reviews from the attendees. For New Jersey attorneys, the training qualified for 4.8 hours of CLE credits, including 1.2 hours of CLE ethics credits.
