Nicholas Stevens was recently elected Vice Chairperson of the Community Health Law Project. Established in 1976, CHLP provides legal and advocacy services, training, education, and related activities to persons with disabilities and to organizations representing their interests, with an emphasis on those most vulnerable and needy. Mr. Stevens’s practice includes defending commercial property owners and businesses in federal suits alleging non-compliance with the public access requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
