June, 2024 – Our client was struck by an uninsured vehicle while operating an E-Scooter. He was taken to the ER by ambulance and was treated for multiple traumas including a right femoral shaft and right patella fractures for which he had to undergo emergent surgery. He underwent post-operative physical therapy and care, and was disabled from employment for over four months. As an E-scooter operator, he was not eligible for personal injury protection (PIP) benefits.
