Zachary Q. Sinkiewicz is an associate at the firm specializing in the practice areas of Civil Rights, Business and Commercial Litigation, and Trusts & Estates Litigation. He attended undergraduate at Rutgers University where he majored in English and History prior to receiving his Juris Doctorate degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, Mr. Sinkiewicz externed with Federal Judges Tonianne Bongiovanni, U.S.M.J. and Madeline Cox Arleo, U.S.D.J. He was also an active member of various student organizations, including the moot court team, and further served as a student attorney with the Immigrants’ Rights and International Human Rights Clinic where he successfully helped build a case for asylum.

After graduating law school, Mr. Sinkiewicz clerked for the Honorable Paula T. Dow, P.J.Ch. in Burlington County. He later practiced at a number of prominent South Jersey firms, garnering experience across several litigation practice areas. Mr. Sinkiewicz now brings his diverse skillset and experience to Starr, Gern, Davison, & Rubin, where he assists in developing cases through all phases of litigation as a zealous advocate for his clients.
