- $200,000 settlement in a product-liability action involving a defectively designed, parked sport-utility vehicle that unexpectedly reversed into its owner as he stood behind it, fracturing his ribs and facial bones.
- $200,000 settlement on behalf of a husband and wife injured in a head-on automobile collision, resulting in internal injuries to the husband and a fractured ankle to his wife.
- $75,000 jury verdict on behalf of a husband and wife, and their two young children, who were falsely arrested in a crowded toy store, held in a small office, and searched by hand by armed private security officers.
- $70,000 settlement for a network-sports graphics technician who injured her neck when a commercial truck pushed her off a roadway and fled the scene.
- Previously defended an oil-and-energy company in various claims involving alleged tanker-truck collisions, and incidents at stations, plants, and construction sites.
- Formerly defended three national department stores in numerous actions involving alleged escalator accidents, reach-machine collisions, company-truck crashes, aisleway slip and falls, and falling merchandise.
