  • $1.235 million settlement in a medical malpractice action involving a client who lost his sight as a result of negligent post-surgical treatment following open heart surgery at a local hospital.
  • $1.2 million jury verdict in a medical malpractice case involving a failure to diagnose vascular insufficiency and negligent arterial stenting.
  • $1.1 million settlement of elevator accident, negligent design and maintenance.
  • $1.1 million settlement in a construction accident case involving OSHA violations and other negligent work-safety procedures.
  • $1 million binding arbitration award on behalf of a trial attorney who suffered a closed head injury and fractures in an automobile accident.
  • $835,000.00 settlement on behalf of a 32 year old man who required cervical spine surgery as a result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.

  • $675,000.00 settlement on behalf of an ironworker who sustained spinal injuries during a construction accident.
  • $670,000.00 settlement on behalf of a 72 year old woman who suffered a hip injury in an automobile accident.
  • $625,000.00 settlement at trial on behalf of several members of the same family who were injured in an intrastate truck accident.
  • $600,000.00 settlement at trial on behalf of a victim of negligent retinal surgery.
  • $550,000.00 settlement on behalf of a victim of sexual assault in an inadequate security case at a university campus.
